Traditional dipping sauce for Vietnamese spring rolls (Goi Cuon)

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1+1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Chopped scallion
- Sriracha
- Chili hot oil peppers
DIRECTIONS
- Using a mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Stir and mix well.
- Transfer to a food processor. Mix well until sauce is creamy.
- Add chopped scallion, Sriracha and chili hot oil peppers. Ready to serve.
