Tuna Au Gratin

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans (7 oz) tuna, drained
  • 2/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper or celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine tuna, sweet onion, green pepper or celery, pimiento and mayonnaise.
  3. 3.
    Spoon into a greased small shallow baking dish.
  4. 4.
    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, paprika and cheese.
  5. 5.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. 6.
    Remove from oven. Squeeze lemon on top and serve immediately.
