INGREDIENTS
- 4 lbs Angus beef steak tips
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Grated zest 1 whole lemon
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dry red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 2 tsp onion powder
DIRECTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, add and mix well all the marinaded ingredients.
- Place the steak tips into bowl. Mix marinade and steak to coat. Refrigerate steak for at least 4 hours up to 24 hours.
- Heat grill over Medium to High until smoking hot. Add marinated steak tips and drill for 2 min on one side without turning.
- Turn steak tips to other side and cook for another 2 minutes for Medium rare.
- Remove steak tips from grill. Add cut scallion for garnish then serve.
