INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, divided
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 cup guacamole
- Iceberg lettuce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Dice tomatoes
- Jalapenos (Put in middle)
- Red onions
- Scallions
- Guacamole
DIRECTIONS
- Soften cream cheese and mix with 3/4 cup of sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix to combine.
- Use a 10" dish, spread cream cheese and sour cream mixture on bottom of dish.
- Create next layer with guacamole. Then dollop remaining 3/4 cup of sour cream on top of guacamole.
- Finally, add jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, scallion and cheddar cheese on top. Keep dip refrigerated until serve.
