INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry or prepared mustard
- 3-4 lbs beef pot roast
DIRECTIONS
- Place pot roast in crock pot.
- Mix seasoning ingredients well in a blender and pour over pot roast.
- Cover and cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
