Use eggnog during winter holidays for a seasonal dessert!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup eggnog (or use 3rd cup of whole milk if eggnog not available)
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen topping
- 1 Angel Food cake, cooked
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 3/4 pint whiping cream
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Beat pudding with milk, eggnog and Cool Whip on high for 3 minutes. Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
- 2.Cut Angel Food cake into small bite-size pieces.
- 3.Beat whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff.
- 4.Layer 1/2 Angel Food cake, 1/2 pudding, 1/2 strawberry pie filling. Repeat second layer.
- 5.Top with whipped cream.
- 6.Garnish with fresh strawberries.
- 7.Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
