INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb baby Bok Choy - clean and slice
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp seasoning sauce
- 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water (To make roux)
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Using a large non-stick wok, add vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
- 2.Add sliced Bok Choy, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, sesame oil, seasoning sauce, mushroom seasoning. Mix well.
- 3.Lower heat to medium. Cover wok and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 4.Make roux using 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tsp cold water. Mix well.
- 5.slowly add roux to wok until the desired thickness in sauce. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
