INGREDIENTS
- 4 x 1-1/2 lb live lobsters
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/8 tsp merlot salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 whole lemons, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Using a non-stick sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced fresh garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Add merlot salt, black pepper and 1 slice of lemon. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Remove garlic butter from heat. Set aside.
- In a large steamer, bring 2-inch of water to boil. Add live lobsters to pot and close lit. Steam lobsters until shells are bright red for 8-10 minutes. Remove pot from heat.
- Remove lobsters with tongs and serve with garlic butter and lemons.
