INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (cleaned, fat removed)
- 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- White rice, cooked
DIRECTIONS
- Add chicken thighs to slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over chicken. Place cream cheese on top of chicken. Add chicken broth to bottom of slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW mode for 7 hours without opening cover during cooking time.
- When done, shred the chicken using forks. Stir cooked cream cheese into the shredded chicken. Sprinkle bacon evenly over the chicken.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve crack chicken over cooked while rice. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
