INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken boullion seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Chinese roast chicken seasoning mix (Noh)
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse chicken tenders under cold water. Drain and pad dry with paper towels.
- Using a food blender, chop lemongrass finely. Set aside.
- Using a large mixing bowl, combine chicken with marinade ingredients (sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, lemongrass, black pepper, onion powder, vegetarian seasoning, chicken boullion, minced garlic, olive oil and Chinese roast chicken mix). Mix well and marinade chicken for 4 hours of overnight in refrigerator.
- When ready to cook soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes and skewer chicken tenders.
- Grilled skewered chicken over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Ready to serve.
