  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp fermented black beans, chopped
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 oz hoisin sauce
