INGREDIENTS
- 5 large flour tortillas
- 4 oz (1/2 block) cream cheese, softened
- 3 scallions, chopped
- shredded taco or Mexican cheese
- 1-2 cups chopped chicken or 1/2 lb deli turkey
- 1 Vidalia onion
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 Lime
- Garlic powder to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- On sheet pan, overlap 5 flour tortillas.
- Mix cream cheese, scallions and garlic powder and spread over tortillas keeping mainly in center.
- Spread taco cheese over cream cheese mixture.
- Add chicken/turkey and onions on top of taco cheese.
- Bring edges of tortillas together to seal.
- Brush top with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While quesadilla is baking, mix avocado, garlic powder and lime juice for guacamole.
- Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
