INGREDIENTS
- Package won ton wrapper
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 1/2 cups red pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 cups black olives, minced
- 1 package Hidden Valley ranch dressing
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.Mix Hidden Valley ranch dressing with sour cream; set aside.
- 3.Prepare won ton shells (may be done in advance). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and press a won ton shell into each cup.
- 4.Bake until golden, about 5 minutes.
- 5.Cook and drain sausage.
- 6.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fill the shells.
- 7.Bake another 5 minutes.
