Salisbury Steak

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • Dash of thyme, marjoram, white pepper and sea salt
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Optional, Marsala Wine

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2.
    Mix 2/3 soups with all other ingredients.
  3. 3.
    Shape into oval 1/2 cup patties.
  4. 4.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes and drain fat.
  5. 5.
    Add remaining soup with 1/2 cup water, bake additional 20 minutes. Water may be replaced with the optional Marsala Wine.
