INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut cream (Coco Coconut Cream or Coco Lopez)
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 pineapple wedge for garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve garnished with pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
