INGREDIENTS
- 6 potatoes
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 twigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut each potato into small pieces.
- Using a large mixing bowl, mix cut potatoes, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper.
- In a small pan, melt butter and fresh chopped garlic until golden brown. Add garlic butter to mixing bowl with potato and mix well.
- Fill each muffin space of pan with mixed potato and stand each pieces so you'll have individual servings.
- Bake potato for 50 minutes, add Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and serve while hot.
