INGREDIENTS
- 1 package frozen puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup favorite jams (apricot, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, etc.)
DIRECTIONS
- Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly flour surface and roll each pastry sheet into a 15×10 inch rectangle. Cut with a 2-3 inch star cookie cutter.
- Press pastry stars into muffin cups.
- Combine cream cheese and powered sugar until smooth. Place 1 tsp of mixture in the center of each tart.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and remove from pan. Top each tart with 1 tsp of preserves.
