This delicious Asian salad dressing is one of Lisa's favorite. Originally discovered from the Hay Hay Roasted restaurant in NYC and with some of Vinnie's added twists.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup extra virgin Olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp scallion, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Using a 16 oz mason jar with lid, mix all ingredients and stir well. Store salad dressing in refrigerator between uses.
