INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Optional: 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds for garnish
- Optional: Add 2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing for zestier taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.Combine all ingredients except almonds in a small bowl.
- 3.Put ingredients in a 9 inch pie pan or ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
- 4.Bake for 15 minutes.
- 5.Serve with crackers.
