Hot Crabmeat Spread

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Optional: 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds for garnish
  • Optional: Add 2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing for zestier taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.
    Combine all ingredients except almonds in a small bowl.
  3. 3.
    Put ingredients in a 9 inch pie pan or ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
  4. 4.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. 5.
    Serve with crackers.
