INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small ovenproof dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or Pita crisps.
- Dip maybe cooked in microwave instead of baked. Microwave 4-5 minutes until hot and bubbly.
