INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tbsp basil infused sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 1/2 lb rack of pork ribs, cut in halves
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, prepare mix ingredients with salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder.
- Rub rib all over with mixture on both sides.
- Add honey, soy sauce and minced garlic to slow cooker. Transfer ribs to slow cooker and turn several times to coat rib with sauce.
- Cook ribs with meat side down in slow cooker on high heat for 4 hours then on low heat for 4-6 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.
- Transfer ribs to cutting board. Cut between the bones to separate into individual ribs. Ready to serve.
