INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp honey
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
- 6 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 egg, whisked
- Powder sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut parchment paper to fit cookie sheet.
- Roll puff pastry until large enough to cut into 6 large rectangles. Set aside.
- Spread 1 tbsp honey in 6 sections of parchment paper.
- Place 7 apple slices on top of each section of honey.
- Sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon sugar.
- Cover apple slices with puff pastry and crimp edges.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Flip pastries over and sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
