Ground Turkey Elbow Noodles

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 box (1 lb) elbow noodles
  • 2 sweet onions, cut
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning sauce (Golden Mountain)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cut scallion

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Using a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to boil. Add 1 box of elbow noodles, cook al dente per instructions. Drain noodles and let it cool.

    Clean and cut sweet onions. Set aside.
  3. 3.
    Using a large pot, add vegetable oil over medium heat. Add fresh dice garlic. Cook until golden brown. Add ground turkey, break turkey apart during cooking for 2-3 minutes.

    Add cut onion to pot, stir and cook for another 1 minute with cover on.
  5. 5.
    Add cooked noodles, mix with ground turkey and onion. Add onion powder, garlic powder, chicken boullion powder, seasoning sauce, soy sauce and stir well. Cook for another 1 minute. Ready to serve.
