INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of toast
- ΒΌ cup milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Maple syrup or powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Using a large mixing bowl, break eggs into bowl, add milk and beat well; add cinnamon and beat again.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add butter to melt.
- Dip a slice of toast into mixed eggs, and flip both sides to totally submerge toast into eggs mixture.
- Add toast to hot pan. Repeat above step for other toast slices.
- Use a spatula, check toast to cook until golden brown. Flip toast to uncooked side and cook until golden brown.
- Remove and ready to eat. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
