INGREDIENTS
- 4 tsp sugar
- 12 tsp hot water
- 4 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp hot chili pepper
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 carrots, julienne cut
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a pot of water to boil and keep it hot under low heat.
- Measure sugar, hot water, fish sauce, lime juice and rice vinegar as listed above. Stir or whisk until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Repeat Step 2 using same mix ratios until the desired quantity.
- Peel and slice fresh garlic.
- Clean and julienne cut carrot
- Add minced garlic, hot chili pepper, sliced garlic and carrot to fish sauce. Ready to serve. Fish sauce can be refrigerated and good for one month.
