INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz orange juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 4 dashes bitters
- Nutmeg
- Maraschino cherries in 2 tbsp juices
- Lime slices for garnish
- Fresh pineapple wedges for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add juices, coconut rum, spiced rum and bitters.
- Shake for 30 seconds and pour into 2 iced tumblers or 1 tall glass.
- Pour in cherry juice and let settle at the bottom of glass.
- Garnish with lime, pineapple and a cherry.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
