Chinese BBQ Babyback Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 slab of St Louise babyback pork ribs (3-4 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup Chinese BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp pork seasoning powder
  • 1 tbsp seasoning sauce (Golden Mountain)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion

DIRECTIONS

    Clean, trim fat from pork rib. Cut into individual sparerib pieces.
  2. 2.
    Place pork rib into a large mixing bowl. Add sesame oil, fresh minced garlic, seasoning sauce. Mix ingredients together with pork ribs.

    Prepare marinade ingredients by mixing black pepper, pork seasoning powder, garlic powder, minced onion, onion powder, mushroom seasoning.
  4. 4.
    Apply marinade ingredients along with Chinese BBQ sauce to pork ribs. Mix well and marinade overnight.

    Preheat grill.

    Grill pork over low heat for 5-10 minutes on each side. Turn often to avoid burning.
