INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup soy
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Dash of white pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse chicken wings in cold water. Cut chicken wings to separate the drumette and wingette. Discard the wing tips.
- Mix all ingredients, marinate overnight in a ziplock bag.
- Bake 1 hour at 425 degrees.
