INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (not whipped)
- 6-8 oz blue cheese
- 8 oz sharp Chedder cheese (white or yellow), shredded
- 12 tbsp yellow and Bermuda onion (6 tbsp each) chopped
- White pepper to taste
- 4-6 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Microwave cream cheese 50 seconds for easy handling.
- Hand crumble or grate blue cheese.
- Stir altogether by hand.
- Shape into one or more cheese balls, using plastic wrap.
- Cheese ball should be made 3-4 days before serving.
