INGREDIENTS
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 8 oz sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 4 x 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small strips or tenders
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine crackers, cheese, and garlic.
- Dip chicken in butter and then in the cracker mixture pressing gently to help mixture adhere.
- Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture on the chicken and drizzle with any remaining butter.
- Bake until the chicken is golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
