Cheddar Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 8 oz sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 4 x 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small strips or tenders

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2.
    In a bowl, combine crackers, cheese, and garlic.
  3. 3.
    Dip chicken in butter and then in the cracker mixture pressing gently to help mixture adhere.
  4. 4.
    Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. 5.
    Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture on the chicken and drizzle with any remaining butter.

    Bake until the chicken is golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
