INGREDIENTS
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 pint Mozzarella balls or 8 oz, cubed
- 1 bunch basil (one piece per tomato)
- Balsamic salad dressing
- 12-16 skewers
DIRECTIONS
- Clean tomatoes and Basil.
- Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella and basil on skewers or toothpicks.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve; serve with balsamic salad dressing.
