INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium red tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 medium yellow tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 3/4 cup fresh Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Balsamic vinaigrette to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Gently toss tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese, basil and salt together in a large bowl. Season with pepper and balsamic vinaigrette.
