INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Campari, chilled
- 3 oz Prosecco, champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 oz soda water
- Ice
- 2 lemon wedges for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Add the Campari to a glass filled with ice and stir.
- Top with the Prosecco and soda water.
- Squeeze in lemon wedge.
- Stir well.
- Add lemon wedge to garnish.
