Bruegger’s Salmon Quiche

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Bruegger’s Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 container Bruegger’s Chive Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 9″ pie crust (deep dish)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2.
    Bake pie shell for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.
    Cut salmon into bite size pieces and saute in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  4. 4.
    Blend cream cheese, salmon and Swiss cheese in a bowl and spoon into pie shell.
  5. 5.
    Beat eggs and remaining ingredients together, and pour over salmon and cheese mixture.
  6. 6.
    Place shell on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
