INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Bruegger’s Smoked Salmon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 container Bruegger’s Chive Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 9″ pie crust (deep dish)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake pie shell for 5 minutes.
- Cut salmon into bite size pieces and saute in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Blend cream cheese, salmon and Swiss cheese in a bowl and spoon into pie shell.
- Beat eggs and remaining ingredients together, and pour over salmon and cheese mixture.
- Place shell on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
