Brie & Jam Tarts

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 boxes fillo shells
  • Small wheel or large slice of brie
  • Jam of choice (raspberry, apricot, fig, etc.)
  • Mint leaves, small or chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.
    Cut brie into small cubes.
  3. 3.
    Place fillo shells on cookie sheet and place one cube brie into each shell.
  4. 4.
    Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  5. 5.
    Remove from oven and add jam and mint leaf.
  6. 6.
    Serve hot.
