Lisa's favorite potato recipe from Barbara Giordani!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 small baking potatoes
- 1/2 tsp garlic or fresh garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Peel potatoes. Slice bottom of potatoes so they stand without rolling. Cut each potato not quite through in a series of crosswise slices about 1/4-inch apart or closer so that they are still joined together at the bottom.
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when cooked.
