INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (10.75 oz) tomatoes soup
- 1/3 soup can water
- 1 1/2 sweet onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- pinch allspice
- pinch sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 box elbow noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Cook elbow noodles al dente. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large non-stick pot. Add minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Add ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add peppers, onions, mushrooms. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked elbow noodles to pot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomatoes soup, all spices. Mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
