INGREDIENTS
- 6 potatoes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dry rosemary
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp season salt
DIRECTIONS
- Peel potatoes skins and wash potatoes with cold water. Cut potatoes into thin slices on long sides. Dry potatoes with paper towel.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, season salt, dry rosemary, sugar, garlic powder. Mix well.
- Cook fries in air fryer at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. Flip potatoes at 9 minute mark. Serve french fries while hot.
