INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb boneless chicken nuggets
- 1 tsp dry diced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp fresh garlic, diced
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
- 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
- Clean chicken, cut into chunks and place into a large mixing bowl. Add diced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chicken bouillon seasoning, onion powder, mushroom seasoning, Panko bread crumbs. Mix well.
- Cook chicken in air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Using a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add fresh garlic and cook until garlic is gold brown. Add fresh parsley. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken from air frier into pan from step 3. Stir chicken with butter and ready to serve.
