Stir-Fry Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb baby Bok Choy - clean and slice
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp seasoning sauce
  • 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water (To make roux)

DIRECTIONS

    Using a large non-stick wok, add vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
  2. 2.
    Add sliced Bok Choy, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, sesame oil, seasoning sauce, mushroom seasoning. Mix well.
  3. 3.
    Lower heat to medium. Cover wok and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4.
    Make roux using 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tsp cold water. Mix well.
  5. 5.
    slowly add roux to wok until the desired thickness in sauce. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
