INGREDIENTS
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 stick melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups Graham crackers crumbs
- 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs for rolling moose balls
DIRECTIONS
- 1.In small bowl, gently stir sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla extract in bowl and set aside.
- 2.In large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 3.Add the sweetened condensed milk mixture to the dry mixture. Make sure it is completely combined and entire mixture moist.
- 4.Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 5.Add 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs to plate.
- 6.Using a small cookie scoop or spoon scoop dough and roll into small balls. Roll each ball into the crushed graham crackers.
- 7.Refrigerate for several hours to set.
- 8.Note: Recipe makes approximately 70 balls.
