Moose Balls

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 stick melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham crackers crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs for rolling moose balls

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    In small bowl, gently stir sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla extract in bowl and set aside.
  2. 2.
    In large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. 3.
    Add the sweetened condensed milk mixture to the dry mixture. Make sure it is completely combined and entire mixture moist.
  4. 4.
    Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. 5.
    Add 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs to plate.
  6. 6.
    Using a small cookie scoop or spoon scoop dough and roll into small balls. Roll each ball into the crushed graham crackers.
  7. 7.
    Refrigerate for several hours to set.

    Note: Recipe makes approximately 70 balls.
