Slow Cooked Crack Chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (cleaned, fat removed)
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • White rice, cooked

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Add chicken thighs to slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over chicken. Place cream cheese on top of chicken. Add chicken broth to bottom of slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on LOW mode for 7 hours without opening cover during cooking time.
  3. 3.
    When done, shred the chicken using forks. Stir cooked cream cheese into the shredded chicken. Sprinkle bacon evenly over the chicken.

    Cook for another 10 minutes.

    Serve crack chicken over cooked while rice. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
