Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Ribs

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 tbsp basil infused sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 1/2 lb rack of pork ribs, cut in halves
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    In a small bowl, prepare mix ingredients with salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder.
  2. 2.
    Rub rib all over with mixture on both sides.
  3. 3.
    Add honey, soy sauce and minced garlic to slow cooker. Transfer ribs to slow cooker and turn several times to coat rib with sauce.
  4. 4.
    Cook ribs with meat side down in slow cooker on high heat for 4 hours then on low heat for 4-6 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.

    Transfer ribs to cutting board. Cut between the bones to separate into individual ribs. Ready to serve.
