Taco Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream, divided
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dice tomatoes
  • Jalapenos (Put in middle)
  • Red onions
  • Scallions
  • Guacamole

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Soften cream cheese and mix with 3/4 cup of sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix to combine.
  2. 2.
    Use a 10" dish, spread cream cheese and sour cream mixture on bottom of dish.
  3. 3.
    Create next layer with guacamole. Then dollop remaining 3/4 cup of sour cream on top of guacamole.
  4. 4.
    Finally, add jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, scallion and cheddar cheese on top. Keep dip refrigerated until serve.
