INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (10.5 oz) golden mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 large onions, chopped
- Dash of thyme, marjoram, white pepper and sea salt
- 1/4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Optional, Marsala Wine
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix 2/3 soups with all other ingredients.
- Shape into oval 1/2 cup patties.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes and drain fat.
- Add remaining soup with 1/2 cup water, bake additional 20 minutes. Water may be replaced with the optional Marsala Wine.
