INGREDIENTS
- 1 slab of St Louise babyback pork ribs (3-4 lbs)
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ cup Chinese BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp pork seasoning powder
- 1 tbsp seasoning sauce (Golden Mountain)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
DIRECTIONS
- Clean, trim fat from pork rib. Cut into individual sparerib pieces.
- Place pork rib into a large mixing bowl. Add sesame oil, fresh minced garlic, seasoning sauce. Mix ingredients together with pork ribs.
- Prepare marinade ingredients by mixing black pepper, pork seasoning powder, garlic powder, minced onion, onion powder, mushroom seasoning.
- Apply marinade ingredients along with Chinese BBQ sauce to pork ribs. Mix well and marinade overnight.
- Preheat grill.
- Grill pork over low heat for 5-10 minutes on each side. Turn often to avoid burning.
