Grilled Marinated Beef Sirloin

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. Angus beef sirloin tips
  • 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dry garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dry onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Italian dressing

DIRECTIONS

    In a small bowl, whish together the marinate ingredients (soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, fresh garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, rosemary, Italian dressing)..
  2. 2.
    Rince sirloin tips with cold water to clean. Pat beef dry with paper towels. Cut sirloin tips into roughly 1″ piecs and place in a resealable plastic ziplock bag.
  3. 3.
    Pour the marinate into the ziplock bag over the sirloin tips. Seal the ziplock bag and marinate the beef in the refrigerator for minimum 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  4. 4.
    Preheat gas grill and cook the sirloin tips over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium rare level. Use the marinated juice to baste the sirloin tips while cooking.
