INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. Angus beef sirloin tips
- 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dry garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp Italian dressing
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whish together the marinate ingredients (soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, fresh garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, rosemary, Italian dressing)..
- Rince sirloin tips with cold water to clean. Pat beef dry with paper towels. Cut sirloin tips into roughly 1″ piecs and place in a resealable plastic ziplock bag.
- Pour the marinate into the ziplock bag over the sirloin tips. Seal the ziplock bag and marinate the beef in the refrigerator for minimum 4 hours (preferably overnight).
- Preheat gas grill and cook the sirloin tips over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium rare level. Use the marinated juice to baste the sirloin tips while cooking.
