Vinnie’s Grilled Burger

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 3 sweet onion
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman)
  • 1 tsp seasoning sauce (Golden Mountain)
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce (reduced salt)
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp minced dry onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon seasoning powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Empty ground beef into a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, seasoning sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil.

    Peel and cut onion into small squares. Add onion to mixing bowl along with ground beef.

    Prepare marinade ingredients by mixing onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon seasoning powder, mushroom seasoning, black pepper.

    Add mixed ingredients from Step 3 into the large bowl. Mix ground beef and mixing ingredients well.
  5. 5.
    Roll and pat to make medium size burgers. Place burgers on cookie sheet.
  6. 6.
    Preheat BBQ grill on high heat. When ready to cook lower heat to medium level.
  7. 7.
    Grill burgers over medium heat on both sides to desired wellness.
  8. 8.
    Serve burgers with melted cheese (optional) and with toasted hamburger buns.
