Bisquick Impossible Ham & Swiss Quiche

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • Butter for pan

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2.
    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
  3. 3.
    Mix cheese, ham, and onion in the bottom of the pie plate. Spread evenly.
  4. 4.
    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, salt, and pepper together; stir inmilk.
  5. 5.
    Add the Bisquick, and whisk until you form a smooth mixture.
  6. 6.
    Pour the Bisquick mixture over the ham.
  7. 7.
    Bake for 35 minutes. Check for doneness by poking the center with a toothpick. It if comes out clean, the quiche is done.
  8. 8.
    Let the quiche cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
  9. 9.
    Slice and serve warm.
  10. 10.
    Option: additional cheese may be added to top and baked for 2 minutes.
