French Toast

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of toast
  • ΒΌ cup milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Maple syrup or powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Using a large mixing bowl, break eggs into bowl, add milk and beat well; add cinnamon and beat again.
  2. 2.
    Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add butter to melt.
  3. 3.
    Dip a slice of toast into mixed eggs, and flip both sides to totally submerge toast into eggs mixture.
  4. 4.
    Add toast to hot pan. Repeat above step for other toast slices.
  5. 5.
    Use a spatula, check toast to cook until golden brown. Flip toast to uncooked side and cook until golden brown.
  6. 6.
    Remove and ready to eat. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
